Orders must be placed by 12pm GMT +3 to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

P.O. BOX
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Any order containing a P.O. Box will be canceled and refunded immediately.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship international orders through Standard Postal Service or DHL Express. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
For DHL Express we offer a flat rate of 5.95€ shipping on orders of 79.99€ and below (excluding taxes) and FREE shipping on international orders 80€ and over (excluding taxes).
For DHL Express 24h we offer a flat rate of 9.95€ shipping.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays within the Republic of Turkey.

- Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed
- A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

- International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates, so plan your order accordingly.

- Shipping (even when FREE), taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.

SHIPPING + TAXES REFUND
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, taxes, and fees even if your order was advertised as free shipping. A 30€. Please contact us for more information.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please make a separate order for every address you want to ship to.
BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays within the Republic of Turkey. For DHL Express and DHL Express 24H Shipping: Orders must be placed by 1 pm GMT+3 to be processed on the same business day, otherwise, it will be processed the next business day.
Packages do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day – January 1st
- National Sovereignty and Children’s Day – April 23rd
- Labour Day – May 1st
- Commemoration of Atatürk – May 19th
- Democracy and National Unity Day – July 15th

TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on 24lenses.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
You should check your local import and customs laws before trying to make any purchase from us as some countries prohibit the import of contact lenses from abroad or will require extra documentation such as a doctor’s or optician’s prescription if the ordered lenses are with power.
We will not be held responsible if your order is stopped by your countries customs services and duties are required. Failing to pay your duties and abandoning your order does not entitle you to a refund. If your order is returned to us by your countries Customs for any reason, a fee of 30€ will be deducted from your refund to cover our shipping costs, even when shipping was mentioned as FREE when you ordered.
